With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Tom Lennon is the CEO and Founder of Lennon Construction. Following his graduation with a degree in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston in 1994, Tom first began working as a residential builder, quickly establishing an impeccable reputation ever since. Holding an Unlimited General Contractor License in the state of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Washington D.C., Tom has proudly grown his Charleston-based company up and down the coast. Never one to miss out on the fun, Tom also dedicates his time with his three children, Amelia, Kate, and William and his loving wife Lauren. As a family they enjoy outdoor activities, trips to the beach, and surfing.
Tara Jennings, Vice President

Tara Jennings has been in management, operations and finance for 24 years with 15 years focused on construction. A self-starter who credits her education to a combination of on-the-job training, self-study, and generous employers who gave her opportunities for advancement, Tara joined the Lennon Construction team in 2012 and has performed a variety of roles within the company, ultimately rising to the level of Vice President. She's an avid animal-lover, enjoys spending time outdoors and working around horses.
Chris Bates, Construction Manager
Finding his start as a carpenter helper in high school, Chris Bates continued in the construction industry, advancing through the ranks. He currently holds a commercial contractor license in Florida and a residential builder's license in South Carolina. Today, Chris proudly serves as the Construction Manager for Lennon Construction Co.
